Ensure the item is unused, unopened, and in its original seal; please note that used skincare products and completed laser services are non-refundable.
Ship or Drop Off
Securely pack your items and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked service, or simply return them to any Satori Laser® boutique.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
